With respect to the KEYEKEY.com products, risk of loss and title for such Products pass to you when you complete your purchase of the applicable product. KEYEKEY.com is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from stolen or lost KEYEKEY.com product or any use of your KEYEKEY.com product without your permission. KEYEKEY.com is not responsible for replacing your damaged or lost KEYEKEY.com product.

KEYEKEY.com and its licensees, affiliates, and licensors make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the KEYEKEY.com products, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

These disclaimers and limitations may or may not apply to you and are void where prohibited.

2. Payment Options

When making a purchase on the websites or a mobile application, KEYEKEY.com accepts various forms of payment, including by PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Przelewy24, SOFORT, Maestro and PAYSAFECARD. Unless otherwise indicated, the denominated value of the product will be billed in full at the time you purchase. By making the purchase, you acknowledge that you are authorised to use the designated Payment Card or other payment method and you authorise us to charge your purchase order to that Payment Card or other payment method. When you provide your payment information, you authorise us (or a third party payment processor) to process and store your payment and related information. In the event that the Payment Card or other payment method you designate cannot be verified, is invalid or is not otherwise acceptable, we may suspend or cancel your order automatically. Payment Card processing fees may apply even if the Payment Card has expired or changed by the time KEYEKEY.com submits the charges. You are responsible for resolving any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your order.

3. Taxes

With respect to the User Account that you purchase on the website or mobile applications, the amount paid for any User Account already includes sales, value-added or use taxes.

4. Cancellations and Returns

All products are delivered via email. The key must not have been revealed, redeemed, or activated. You can contact us via Live Chat or write an email to [email protected] and request a return within 7 days of your purchase. Once the refund request is approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method within 2 days. In the event that a delivered product is proven to be defective or non-functional at the time of delivery, we will replace the product or provide a refund to the user.

Refunds will not be issued for accounts that have been compromised due to customer actions, third-party interference, or failure to follow provided instructions. We reserve the right to verify all claims prior to offering any resolution.

If you purchased a PSN/XBOX Account, We offer lifetime warranty for our products. If you cannot access the account you received, we will give you a new one for free. The warranty gets voided if you change the email address or any other info of the account.

Enforcement of the Terms is solely in our discretion and our failure to enforce a provision in some instances does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such provision in other instances.
