All products are delivered via email. In the event that a delivered product is proven to be defective or non-functional at the time of delivery, we will replace the product or provide a refund to the user. refunds are returned to your original payment method within 1 days. 

If you purchased a PSN/XBOX Account, We offer lifetime warranty for our products. If you cannot access the account you received, we will give you a new one for free. The warranty gets voided if you change the email address or any other info of the account.
