Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted on unused items that still have their original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns on light that have been partially/fully put together or installed. You will be eligible for a full refund upon receipt of your return. However, we can only cover return shipping costs in the event of a broken or deficient item. Please contact us before sending your return.
If you return your unused item within 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund. If you do not want to return your item, or 14 days have passed, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Please note that a "full refund" implicates the price that you paid, minus any taxes or shipping fees.
- Refunds generally take 2-3 business days to appear in your bank account after being issued.
- All orders not delivered within 35 days are eligible for a full refund. The only exception to this is when a product is clearly marked as out of stock/backordered on the product page at the time the customer placed their order.
- Any orders delivered damaged/deficient are eligible for a free reshipment.
Situations Refunds Won't Be Provided In:
- Customer submits the wrong address & does not contact us before shipment in order to change it.
- An order is delivered to a customer’s address (according to tracking information) and is stolen from their property.
- A customer decides they want to cancel their order, and does not contact us before shipment.
Exchanges are accepted in certain situations, but follow the same policies as returns; we ask that you contact us within 14 days, cover return shipping cost, and only exchange unused items in their original packaging.
1. Once you want to return a product, please send us a return/exchange request to [email protected] including the following details:
a, Your order number
b, SKU number of the product which you need to return or exchange
c, Evidence picture/video showing the problem/defect
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unwashed, unused and undamaged. It also need to be in the original packaging with all the original labels. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
